What was recorded, drawn over time.
Seventeen kinds of observation, from weight and fluids to a NEWS2 total entered by a nurse, are charted over a period you choose.

A watch list set by people
Mark a resident to watch, with a written reason everyone with access can see. Stop watching with a note.
Four windows, one reading
Choose seven, fourteen, thirty or ninety days. A measure's card states the first and last reading with their dates, the difference between them and how many readings there were. Falls are counted, and medicines are shown as doses given out of doses scheduled.
How complete the record is
Coverage shows how much of the expected recording was completed for vitals, weights, fluids and medicines, as a percentage measured against the days since admission.
The home
Every resident, five small charts
Each resident's weight, NEWS2, fluids, meals and falls are shown over thirty days, with watched residents at the top. The list is alphabetical.

The observations
Seventeen measures, one chart each
Heart rate, breathing rate, oxygen level, temperature, blood pressure, blood glucose, pain, weight, BMI, fluids and the NEWS2 total come from observations. Meals, mobility and sleep come from the daily logs, falls from incidents and doses from the eMAR, all from records staff already keep.
